    15-minute scoping call
    Book directly via Calendly

The practice does not operate a chat widget or auto-responder. All replies are from a human reviewer.

    Direct Booking

Or skip the form and book a scoping call directly.

A 15-minute call to confirm asset class fit, capital source alignment, anticipated scope tier, and rough fee band. No engagement letter signed during the call. No obligation to proceed.

Calendar shown in your local timezone. The lead analyst's calendar reflects actual availability — the slot you book is the slot you get, not a hold pending confirmation.

    Confidentiality

    Confidentiality and NDA.

Information shared during the scoping process — project details, financial particulars, lender mix, sponsor identity — is treated as confidential whether or not a formal NDA is signed. The practice does not share prospect information with third parties, does not maintain a public client list, and does not name engagements without explicit sponsor consent.

Sponsors who require a mutual NDA before sharing project details can request one before the scoping call. The practice's standard mutual NDA covers the engagement scoping period and survives for three years past the engagement, whether or not the engagement letter is signed.

Engagements with sensitive transaction structures — competitor acquisition feasibility, off-market property positioning, undisclosed sponsor identity — are routine and the engagement letter contains the operational confidentiality framework that governs the work.

Mutual NDA available on request before scoping call. Email contact@feasibility-study-consultant.com.

    What Happens Next

    After you submit.

Three steps from form submission to fixed-fee proposal in your inbox.

    01

    Acknowledgment within 4 business hours

A human reply from the lead analyst confirming receipt and flagging any details needed before the proposal can be drafted. No auto-responders.

    02

    Optional 15-minute call

For most engagements, a brief scoping call confirms scope tier and clears any open questions. Skipped when the form's project description provides full scope clarity.

    03

    Fixed-fee proposal within 24 hours

Written proposal documenting scope, fixed fee, delivery date, milestone payment schedule, and any flagged conflicts of interest. Valid for 30 days. The proposal is the engagement letter once signed.
